Thank you for preparing a presentation for the 2026 ACSSurgical Simulation Summit, March 12–13, in Chicago, IL. 

Speakers presenting in the plenary session room (Zurich DEFG) are required to submit their presentation on-site at the Speaker Ready Check-In Desk at least one hour prior to the start of the session. Speakers presenting in any of the other rooms (Montreux, St. Gallen) do not need to check-in at the Speaker Ready Desk. Please have your presentation saved on a flash drive for easy loading within the session room.

Speaker Ready Check-in Desk

The Speaker Ready Check-in Desk is in the Zurich Ballroom foyer, near the ACSSurgical Simulation Summit registration area. Please visit during the following times:

• Wednesday, March 11 | 4:30–6:30 pm
• Thursday, March 12 | 6:30 am–5:00 pm
• Friday, March 13 | 6:30 am–2:00 pm

Please note: the Speaker Ready Desk is not equipped for presentation editing. Please make sure your presentation is finalized before submitting it.
