November 4, 2025

The ACSinvites all trauma surgeons and care teams to the 2025 ACSTrauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) Annual Conference. This year’s conference—the 15th anniversary of the program—will be held November 8–10, in Chicago, Illinois, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago Hotel.

Both in-person and on-demand attendance options are available, and registration remains open ahead of the conference’s start on Saturday.

The 2025 theme, "Team Works," will focus on the importance of teams in topics ranging from intrateam conflict resolution, to expanding your team and ensuring the best patient outcomes, to using advanced technology in augmenting the team.

The popular TQIP Academy session returns this year, and a Verification, Review, and Consultation Academy session will debut. Education tracks include one for registry staff and another on leadership that is open to all.

The Keynote speaker will be Coach Donnie Campbell. And like the Ted Lasso character he inspired, Campbell knows that when you create better people, you create winning teams. During his keynote, he will help you discover your MVP—mission, values, and principles that inspire individuals to reach their potential and teams to reach new heights.

TQIP Annual Conference participation can benefit the entire trauma team. Register today to take advantage of one of the two complimentary registrations for your center.
