Deadline to Submit Abstracts for Surgical Palliative Care Symposium Is February 20

The deadline to submit abstracts for presentation consideration at the 10th annual ACSSymposium for Research in Surgical Palliative Care is coming up soon鈥攕ubmissions are due Friday, February 20. The format for the event, being held virtually on Thursday, April 23, from 7:00鈥�8:30 pm CT, will offer 鈥渜uick shot鈥� style presentations with respondents and a lively exchange of ideas among attendees.

Submissions related to palliative care in quality improvement, innovations in care processes, education, outcomes research, qualitative studies, and ongoing works-in-progress are welcome. Each presentation will be limited to 5 minutes to allow for a variety of topics and thoughtful discussion.

The deadline to submit abstracts is Friday, February 20. Authors selected by the review committee to present will be notified in early April.
