ACSQuality and Safety Conference Registration

Registration is now open for the 2025 ACSQuality and Safety Conference, July 17鈥�20 in San Diego, California!

Registration Fees

The conference registration fee includes:

Access to all General and Breakout Sessions (preregistration required)
Welcome Reception on Friday evening
Abstract Reception on Saturday evening
Continuing Education hours for surgeons, nurses, and more
Lunch Friday and Saturday
Daily morning and afternoon networking breaks

Attendees are not officially registered for the conference until registration and payment have been received.

Attendees are also able to select to participate in a preconference workshop; please note, an additional fee* may be required to register. Attendance for these workshops is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.

Abstract Presenters

All acceptances for abstract submissions will require in-person attendance at the meeting and a registration fee. Posters will not听be printed on an author's behalf. Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be responsible for printing their own posters to bring onsite.听

Confirmations

Confirmations will be sent via email once your online registration has been completed.听

Guests

Registered attendees may only听bring a guest to the Welcome Reception and Abstract Reception for a fee of $150.听

Substitution Policy

Conference attendee substitution from one individual to another is not permitted.

Child Policy

Children under the age of 16 are not听permitted to attend QSC activities.
Children 16 or older who are registered must听be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times.
A professional and disturbance-free environment must听be maintained.

Cancelation/No-Show Policy

All conference participants must notify ACSRegistration Services via email at registration@facs.org to cancel their registration. Cancelations must be received by June 20, 2025, and will be assessed a $75 cancelation fee. Attendees who cancel after June 20, 2025, will forfeit all registration fees.
