Medical Liability Insurance Program

The ACShas offered The Doctors Company鈥檚 medical liability insurance program as a member benefit since 2002. Backed by the financial strength of more than $4.6 billion in assets and a membership of 80,000 physicians nationwide, The Doctors Company offers ACSmembers expert guidance, resources, and coverage.

Members will receive a program discount of 5%, additional claims-free credit for eligible members, participation in a multiyear dividend program, and more.

Informed Consent Documents

Procedure-specific informed consent documents covering more than 3,500 procedures from 28 specialty areas are now available to ACSmembers at a significantly reduced rate through the iMedConsent PE application. The iMedConsent application can be individualized and generated into a progress note. It includes patient information sheets, along with consent forms, and is available in both English and Spanish language formats. Both fully electronic and paper-based versions of the application are available, and a free 30-day evaluation is available to all ACSmembers.
