Submitting a successful abstract is necessary for sharing your expertise on a surgical topic, especially in a conference setting. To help prospective abstract authors improve their output, the ACSScientific Forum Committee is providing a 1-hour webinar, 鈥�,鈥� at 6:00 pm CT on Monday, February 3, that will provide strategies for crafting impactful, well-structured abstracts.

Learn directly from the committee about the key elements members look for when reviewing abstracts and building sessions for the ACSClinical Congress each year. Those interested in submitting work for the 2025 Call for Abstracts are encouraged to attend. Submit your abstracts for the Owen H. Wangensteen Scientific Forum, Video-Based Education Sessions, and the History of Surgery Poster Session by March 3.

The webinar also will be recorded and available as a resource on the submission site.
