Are you a locum tenens surgeon? The ACSis interested in understanding the needs of locum tenens surgeon members and the types of resources that could be developed to meet their needs. 

If you are a locum tenens surgeon representing in specifically in urology, vascular, pediatrics, colorectal, neurologic surgery, otolaryngology, or ophthalmic surgery and are interested in sharing your perspectives and being considered to serve on a workgroup, complete this and you will be contacted with more details.
