Clinical Congress Then and Now: Member Services

Staff of the ACShave always played a very active role in the annual Clinical Congress, from helping out at registration, staffing offices that answer needs of Congress attendees, and assisting with the convocation.

In recent years, staff members have been visibly present at the ACSMember Information Services booth, either in the main exhibit hall or just outside it. Here, trauma program staff members (below) assist Congress attendees with computer-based resources, and tell them about the latest services provided by the College to its members. Through the decades, ACSstaff members have been the “Face of the Å˽ðÁ«´«Ã½Ó³»” to all Fellows with whom they interact with—at the host-city convention center and at the ACSheadquarters hotel.
