Registration Information

Online registration is now open. Registration is required of all attendees.

The in-person-only Leadership Summit will be on Saturday and Sunday, February 28 and March 1. The Leadership Summit is open to ACSmembers and non-members in the United States and internationally. The Leadership Summit will offer compelling speakers addressing key themes in surgical leadership.

The in-person-only Advocacy Summit will be on Sunday evening, March 1, and Monday and Tuesday, March 2-3. The Advocacy Summit is only open to US citizens and residents who are ACSmembers. The Advocacy Summit provides members with an update on the policy priorities the College is advocating for with federal lawmakers. Advocacy training and scheduled congressional visits will enable attendees to put their advocacy skills to work.

Confirmations will be sent via e-mail once your online registration has been completed.

Registration Cancelation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded if a written request is submitted to Registration Services at registration@facs.org by or on Friday, February 13, 2026. A $50 handling fee will be retained for all cancelations or no-shows. Cancelations received after February 13 will not be eligible for refunds. 

Registration Substitution Policy

Substitution of one individual to another may only be done with approval of the ACSby contacting Registration Services at registration@facs.org.

Conduct Policy
